I’ve spent over 10 years working in recruitment across the UK and New Zealand, starting out in corporate recruitment before building RTM Recruitment independently. It was through working directly with construction, manufacturing, and logistics businesses that I found where my approach worked best.
I built RTM around honest communication, strong relationships, and a focus on fit rather than volume. Now based in Scotland, I work closely with clients and candidates, offering clear advice and a straightforward recruitment process from start to finish.

I’m originally from Scotland and have spent over a decade working hands-on in construction, engineering, and technical environments across both the UK and New Zealand. My background includes working as an electrician, site manager, commissioning manager, and project manager on major commercial builds, including large-scale data-centre projects.
That experience gives me a practical understanding of how projects run on the ground and the level of skill needed to keep things moving. In recruitment, I take a straightforward, relationship-led approach - working closely with clients and candidates to place people into roles where they can genuinely make an impact.
